Material and Functional Options

Virgin and recycled PP can both be considered, depending on the application. Virgin material may be preferred when appearance, consistency or a project-specific requirement is important. Recycled content may be considered when the application and agreed performance allow it. Buyers should confirm the required material basis instead of assuming that one option is suitable for every use.

Special functions require clearer specifications than a product name alone:

How to Compare Supplier Quotations

3. Check acceptance criteria. Agree dimensions, appearance, colour, print position and functional tests before production.
4. Review packing and trade terms. Confirm bundle or pallet details, quantity tolerance, Incoterm and destination requirements.
5. Request only relevant documents. Documentation should match the material, market and project rather than relying on general claims.

Is PP hollow sheet waterproof?

Polypropylene is moisture-resistant, but the performance of a finished box or assembly depends on seams, holes, imprimare, fabrication and use conditions. Describe the actual exposure so the specification can be reviewed.
